Rocking Red

I'm loving a red lip these days.  I used to shy away from bright lips and I never went anywhere near lipstick.  I thought it was better suited to church ladies.  Oh how far I've come.

I know I've spoken of my love for my sequined jacket.  I love this thing.  It's added a lot of pizazz to an otherwise regular outfit of jeans and a white T.

Are there any trends or looks that you were once apprehensive about but now embrace?
